There aren't really a lot of rules, but what rules we do have are important. We won't accept any applications that don't follow our rules.

RULE ONE: We're not going to remake your layout fifty times. I know, this is a harsh one, and we want you to love your layout, but we are very busy and don't charge much for our services, so you basically get what you ordered and anything more than superficial changes like some color corrections, name changes, ect. If you'd like something very specific, we can work something out, but please contact us about it before you order. Note: Any errors made on our part will, of course, be corrected free of charge and immediately.

RULE TWO: I'm glad you like So And So's layout, but we're not going to copy it for you. We have our own unique styles and ordering from us means that you agree to have a layout made in our particular style(s). Of course, we'll be working to your specifications, but if you want something different, there are many good fansite designers out there.

RULE THREE: Unlike other design sites, we don't care if you use what we make for you for a long time as long as you've paid for your layout. You paid for it, it's yours, and if you want to take it down after one day it's nobody's business but your own. Although, we'd love it if you kept our layouts up longer, hint. ;)

RULE FOUR: Natalie, Laota and Faith are all very, very busy people who work full time, so please don't email us 700 times to find out what's up with your layout. You will recieve your layout in two (2) weeks or less, up to 3 weeks if we're backed up. We try and only accept 10 orders at a time before accepting is closed, so you shouldn't have a long wait.

RULE FIVE: Once you've submitted a form, you have a bill you will be expected to pay once your design is done. This means you can't have us make you a layout, and then change your mind because it wastes our time. Anyone who doesn't pay their bill after several attempts to contact them will be blacklisted and have their name and email circulated on forums like fan-sites.org's members forum and fanhost, and through all other design sites we know about to ensure that no one ever takes an order from you again. Make sure that you put the word bogus in the order form comments section when you order, so we know that you've read the rules.

RULE SIX: You MUST keep our link on every page you use our layout on, no exceptions.

RULE SIX: You may not change our layouts or edit them in any way, no exceptions.
